Bedingungen & Konditionen
  1. Teilnahmeberechtigung: Das Gewinnspiel ist für Teilnehmer/innen ab 18 Jahren offen. Mitarbeiter/innen von Filabé und ihre unmittelbaren Familienangehörigen sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.
  2. Teilnahme: Um teilzunehmen, müssen die Teilnehmer/innen eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse über das bereitgestellte Formular angeben. Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme erlaubt.
  3. Wettbewerbszeitraum: Das Gewinnspiel läuft vom 18.07.2025 bis und mit dem 1.08.2025. Beiträge, die nach Ablauf der Frist eingereicht werden, werden nicht berücksichtigt.
  4. Wohnort: Zur Teilnahme berechtigt sind ausschliesslich Personen, welche in der Schweiz wohnhaft sind.
  5. Auswahl der Gewinner/innen: Die Gewinner/innen werden nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt und innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Ende des Gewinnspiels per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Wenn ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 5 Tagen antwortet, kann ein neuer Gewinner ausgewählt werden.
  6. Preis: Die Gewinner erhalten ein kostenloses 3-monatiges Abonnement für ein Filabé Nachtpflegeprodukt. Der Preis ist nicht übertragbar und kann nicht gegen Bargeld oder andere Alternativen eingetauscht werden.
  7. Datenschutz: Mit der Teilnahme erklären sich die Teilnehmer/innen damit einverstanden, E-Mails zum Gewinnspiel zu erhalten. Wir respektieren deine Privatsphäre und werden deine Daten nicht an Dritte weitergeben. Du kannst dich jederzeit wieder abmelden.
  8. Allgemeines: Filabé behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern oder abzubrechen, wenn dies notwendig ist.

The skincare cloth: The fiber of our cloth is of particularly high quality. You can return the tissues free of charge after use and we will put them to a new use — outside of cosmetics.

No waste from additives: Thanks to our technology, our skincare tissues do not contain any additives. This means that both the water and the skin are spared from harmful substances.

The cardboard packaging: This is made from recycled cardboard with FSC certification and can be disposed of in the normal cardboard collection. We also reduced packaging by 30% in 2022.

Weekly packaging: plastic can be returned to most collection points and many retailers.

Microplastics and silicones are still used in many cosmetic products. Wastewater treatment plants cannot completely filter the tiny plastic particles out of wastewater.

The perfect partner: Filabé supports Borneo Orangutan Survival (BOS) Switzerland in reforestation projects as part of the One-Tree-One-Life campaign. BOS Switzerland is committed to the long-term protection of the last Bornean orangutans and the preservation of the tropical rainforest on Borneo.

Why Borneo: According to the European Commission, the high demand for palm oil is responsible for 2.3% of global forest destruction. Even certified palm oil plantations do not help. Because these also need planting area. Deforestation and monoculture not only have serious consequences for the climate: The livelihoods of orangutans and other endangered species are also disappearing every day.
